Dinosaur Train toys are a big hit! Dinosaur Train is an animated TV series that is aimed at children ages three to six. It teaches kids about paleontology, science and natural history in a really fun and interesting way. The main character is named Buddy, a T-Rex who finds himself in the nest of Pteranodons, who become his family. His sister/best friend Tiny is another lovable character that kids have really connected with. My own daughter already has her own Tiny doll, and Tiny costume for Halloween.
Every episode explores something new, a new dinosaur species, bugs, flowers and other mammals that lived so many years ago, they recently started taking Dinosaurs under the sea for a really interesting part of the evolutionary tree. Buddy and Tiny and sometimes the rest of the Pteranodon family board the Dinosaur Train and explore facts and hypothesis about other species.
Even though the Dinosaur Train series is fairly new, it is already a huge hit and pre-schoolers and even their parents have boarded the Dinosaur Train craze. Most of these kids now want the Dinosaur Train toys and games that go along with the show, and finally they have arrived. This Christmas won’t be a disappointed this year.
Children everywhere have been asking their parents for one or more Dinosaur Train toy, my daughter in fact informed me that she would like them ALL. Oh boy what a Christmas conversation we will be having this year. I hate to disappoint, but they have so many options out there now, we couldn’t possibly afford ALL of them all at once.
There are so many cool concepts that are taught during each episode, I am still amazed that my daughter knows more dinosaur names than I ever new. You gotta love the Dinosaur A-Z song!
